Once your parcel has been packed you will receive a dispatch notification email with your tracking information. This email will contain a tracking number and details allowing you to track the progress of your delivery - tracking links may not work until later in the day when the carrier has physically scanned the parcel into their system

Please ensure that when choosing an item you are choosing carefully as we do not offer refund or exchange for change of mind.

Refunds are only available if items you have received are damaged or not as ordered. If this is the case, please contact email info@julianamarcs.co for assistance.

Please note, if you are returning an item to Juliana Marcs, the item must be returned still sealed and in it's original condition.
